TERMS OF BUSINESS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE.
All goods supplied by us are sold on the terms stated in this catalogue. All goods are offered subject to being unsold.

PRICES.
Prices are nett trade only (except where otherwise stated and are ruling at date of dispatch). Quantity discounts listed where applicable. See below.  Prices are subject to alteration without notice

ORDERS.
Are on cash with order basis.  There is NO minimum order, but for orders under £250.  Carriage will be charged at cost, unless the order is delivered by our own transport.

NOTE:
For Northern Ireland additional carriage charges will apply.  Overseas orders are f.o.b   All prices quoted in £’s sterling. NO goods are supplied on a sale or return basis.

ACCOUNTS.
Payments of approved credit accounts are nett monthly, and payments are due 30 days from date of delivery / Invoice. New accounts can be opened after the approval of two trade references and one banker’s reference, failing which goods will be supplied on a C.W.O. basis or a pro-forma basis. Late payment will result in the loss of credit facilities and we reserve the right to charge interest at 3% above the current bank rate for the outstanding period and also recover costs of obtaining payment, including legal fees. Cheques that have to be re-presented will incur a charge of £20 to cover our costs.     We now accept Maestro, Visa Electron, Visa & MasterCard

Customers who wish to pay by BACS, our Bank Account is: - Lloyds TSB, Fore Street, Okehampton, Devon EX20 1HJ. Sort Code 30-96-23.  Acc. NO: - 00660929.

VAT.
Value Added Tax is charged at the standard rate current at time of dispatch.

CLAIMS.
For shortage and/or damage MUST be made within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Faulty goods will be replaced free of charge.

TITLE.
All Goods remain the property of P.P. Enhancements, until payment has been made in full and cheques cleared by the Banks.

BAR CODING.  EURO-HOOKS.
We are bar- coding all of our own products. Products come fully labelled with Euro Hooks for ease of display.
